POLICY · PRIVACY

Your data, our responsibility.

NATTIIVA operates under Angolan Law 22/11 (Personal Data Protection) and Law 15/14 (Copyright and Related Rights). This page explains, in plain language, which data we process, why, and for how long.

We operate under Law 22/11, Law 15/14, and internationally recognised best practices for information confidentiality and security.

02 · DATA COLLECTED

What data do we collect?

  • Identification data: name, e-mail, phone, institution or company, provided by you through the contact form.
  • Project content: documents (texts, articles, datasets, drawings) you entrust to us for review, formatting or translation.
  • Minimal technical data: IP address, user agent, locale, only for form security and aggregate analytics.
03 · PURPOSES

Why do we use your data?

  • Reply to your initial request and prepare a proposal.
  • Deliver the contracted service (review, formatting, translation, mentoring, BI, intranet, HR).
  • Meet legal and tax obligations (invoice/receipt issuance).
  • Improve our site (aggregate, non-identifying metrics).
04 · PROFESSIONAL CONFIDENTIALITY

About the content you entrust to us.

Documents you send are handled under an implicit confidentiality undertaking: only personnel directly authorised for the project access them, and solely for the contracted purpose.

In particular, for academic services: we do not publish, quote or reuse the content delivered for other clients, public examples or marketing material. You can request a signed NDA before sharing files, at no cost.

05 · RETENTION

How long do we keep your data?

Project documents are deleted from our servers 12 months after the final delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Billing data is kept for the legally mandatory period (Law 14/14). Contact data remains until you ask for its removal.
